What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us. On most pages that is nothing. When you submit a contact form or request an assessment, we collect your name, your work email, and any details you include in your message. On gated white paper pages we collect your full name and a corporate email so we can deliver the asset and follow up.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to deliver the resource you requested, and to run any advisory engagement you ask us to run. We may contact you about your request or about related advisory topics. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How form submissions are routed
Forms on this site are processed through a third party form handler that delivers your submission to our intake inbox. That handler processes the data only to pass your message to us. We keep submissions for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record keeping needs, then we remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. To make any of these requests, reach us through the contact page. We will act on reasonable requests promptly.
