Why we exist

We have sat on the other side of the table.

Every engagement is led by a partner who has priced, defended and renewed these exact contracts from inside the software vendors. We know how the discounts are modeled, where the concessions live, and which deadlines move the price.

That knowledge does not scale to a thousand consultants. So we keep the firm small, the engagements few, and the incentives perfectly aligned with yours.
