Morten's background is in running the collaboration and content stack inside large organisations, where he watched three tools do one job and nobody own the overlap. At the firm he leads stack rationalization engagements: mapping Teams, Zoom, Slack, Box and DocuSign estates against actual usage and consolidating them without disrupting the teams that depend on them.

His focus is tool rationalization, collaboration and video licensing, and right-sizing the stack against real usage.
